Since it only allows for one row of parking, it tends to be a quieter location, but the space can be taken up rather quickly.

A day at the beach will make you hungry and thirsty. Luckily there are some great options on the west end of Galveston near the beach. Mario’s Pizza is great authentic Italian cuisine with so many options. It is just down the road from Bermuda Beach, next to sand and sea Galveston, and has all the Italian fare you could want. From great appetizers like fried cheese, fried calamari, wings, meatballs, and garlic bread, you’ll have your palate ready for the main course right away. Their pizzas are an excellent choice but don’t overlook their subs, calzones, and strombolis. You can also enjoy wonderful dining on the bay at Waterman’s Restaurant. Enjoy lunch, dinner, and great drinks on Galveston’s Bay with beautiful sunset views. If beachside dining is what you are looking for, there is Tipsy Turtle Seaside Bar & Grill with an open patio and beachside views of the gulf. – Bermuda Beach only allows for one row of parking so get there early to secure your spot in the sand.
– Public Restrooms are not available so plan accordingly.
– There are no showers so make sure to bring plenty of water to rinse off with.
– Don’t forget your chairs, umbrella, sunscreen, and shovel and bucket.
