Stella Mare RV Resort Description
One of the best all-inclusive Galveston RV Parks on the island, Stella Mare RV Resort is just that, an RV Resort. They opened in 2017 and have welcomed visitors to Galveston from all over to the best beaches on the island. After ownership changed in 2021, the resort began renovations in 2022 that include a new office and retail area, upgraded clubroom, 70+ all-new RV sites, updated pool area, and a Tiki Bar. These RV Park renovations are just the beginning for Stella Mare RV Resort. Looking into the future, there are plans in the works for new laundry and bathhouse facilities, a boat dock with kayak and paddle board rentals, a bandstand with amphitheater seating, and much, much more!

What does Stella Mare RV Resort Offer
Discover the Beach
You have free beach access just across the street to two beautiful beaches, which both offer free parking on the beach. Just down the road via 7 ½ mile Rd and past Woody’s Bar is Beach Pocket Park 1, where you can spread out and relax with your toes in the sand. Going West you have beach access via 8 Mile Rd to Sunny Beach, a pet-friendly beach with beautiful sand and great ocean views. Both offer easy beach access and you can pull your car right up to the water’s edge if you like.
Deluxe and Premium RV Sites Available
Choose which full hookup RV site best fits your RV and vacation. Deluxe RV Sites offer a spacious back-in site with full hook-up and 30/50/20 amp power and parking for up to 2 vehicles. RVs utilizing the Deluxe RV Site should be self-contained. For the Premium RV Site, you can have the option of either a back-in or pull-thru pad. The Premium RV Site pads are concrete and between 70’ and 90’ in length. They also come with an umbrella holder and parking for up to two vehicles. This full hookup site has 50/30/20 amp power and RVs must be self contained.

Aside from the great location near the beach, there is so much more that Stella Mare RV Resort offers to the RV traveler. While at the RV Park, you can relax and spread out. There is so much to offer at the resort your vacation begins as soon as you park at your full hookup site. We hope you have brought your four-legged friend along with you because this pet-friendly RV Park has not one, but two dog parks where you can let your best friend run. Both are off-leash dog parks and great for stretching their legs and relieving some pet stress.
Community Pool, Grill, and More
While here it’s always great to be outside, and Stella Mare RV Resort has just the outdoor attractions for you. You can use their 3,000-square-foot observation deck and enjoy the views of the Gulf and the Bay. The lake has great areas to bask in the sun, and some great share areas to get a reprieve from the heat. If you want to host some friends or family, or just want to get out of the RV for a bit, the Guest Center offers a kitchen, dining table, and TV lounge for your relaxation pleasure.

Play around on the Largest Splash Pad at any RV Resort on the island and let the water relax your soul. This RV Park has everything for you. Their Outdoor Heated Swimming Pool is great any day or night throughout the year, and with their in-pool lounging chairs and multi-activity playground, Tiki Hut with tables, fire rings, and swinging benches, everyone in your party will have an unforgettable vacation at this RV Resort. The Hot Tub is another unforgettable amenity that is great any time of year. Hot showers are available to wash away the sand from the Beach Volleyball Court, just in time to relax in the Tiki Hut.
