Once approved, owners are required to choose a builder from the List of Approved Builders maintained by the Homeowners Association (HOA). The Town Architect actively oversees every project from initiation to completion, ensuring builders adhere to the approved designs. Periodic audits of homes in the neighborhood are also conducted to verify proper maintenance and alignment with community standards. In Beachside Village, short-term rentals are permitted; however, property owners must adhere to specific regulations.
