Appetizers

Start off right with Bread Service served with Salted Butter. The ever-popular Shrimp Besos, Crab Cake, and Boudin Balls are part of the offering.  

Soups

You shouldn’t miss the Crawfish and Sausage Gumbo or the Lobster Bisque. Both served by the cup and bowl. Order both and split them, if you have any left.

Salads

Waterman’s Salad and their Classic Caesar come in a small or large portions. They also offer their Lakeside and Wedge Salads, with an assortment of dressings. You can add Salmon, 5 Shrimp, 4 oz. Chicken, or 3 Scallops to the Salads if you like.

Seafood

The Fish of the Day is always a great surprise, or opt for the Grilled, Blackened, or Fried Shrimp, which never disappoint. Gulf Red Snapper, Shrimp and Grits, or the Seafood Treasure Chest of Angel Hair Pasta Tossed in Homemade Lemon Butter Caper Sauce and Topped with 3 Shrimp, 2 Scallops, and Lump Crab Meat are wonderful choices.

Fried Fish Delights

All are served with House Special Potato Dipper Fries and include Mrs. Martin’s Coconut Shrimp, Fish ‘N’ Chips, Seafood Platter, and the You Hook It, We Cook It option either Grilled, Blackened, or Fried.

Beef

They may be in Galveston, but they’re still in Texas. That that end they offer Filet Mignon, New York Strip, and Prime Ribeye, all cooked to your specifications and served with a side of demi-glaze.

Kids Menu

For the Little Punkins they have Chicken Strips, Fish Filet, Fried Shrimp, Cheeseburger, and Buttery Pasta. Each Little Punkins meal includes your choice of Fries or Vegetables, and a beverage, excluding Milk and Juice.

Desserts

With so many dessert options you either need to bring a group, or plan to return, or both. Some options are Carrot Cake, K-Rod’s Key Lime Pie, Brown Butter Crème Brule, and Waterman’s Sundae. All will add to the satisfaction of a wonderful evening.
