Appetizers here are Hors d’oeuvres and include Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, Jumbo Lump Crab Cocktail, Charcuterie Board, Fritto Misto, Seared Scallops, Hatch Pepper Crab Cake, Shrimp Dejong, and Shearn’s Flatbread.

Soups and Salads

The French Onion Soup is served with baguette and gruyere cheese and the Lobster Bisque is made with Maine Lobster and a Touch of Sherry. Salads Include Baby Iceberg, Classic Caesar, Strawberry Spinach, Seasonal, and Shearn’s Chopped.

Steaks

All Steaks are Cut from Prime Angus Texas Cattle and include a 6oz. or 8oz Filet, 28oz. Porterhouse for Two, and a 16oz. Ribeye.

House Smoked Oklahoma Farms 10oz. Pork Chop, NZ Rack of Lamb, Pan Seared Airline Chicken Breast, and Veal Parmesan will delight.

Daily Fresh Seafood

Gulf Flounder and Jumbo Crab Meuniere, Prosciutto Wrapped Scallops, Blackened Gulf Red Snapper, Sautéed Jumbo Gulf Shrimp Scampi, and Pan Seared Scottish Salmon taste fresh out of the water.

Vegetarian Options

If you prefer a Vegetarian Option, they have a Grilled Vegetable Stack with Fresh Mozzarella and Gluten Free Marinara, and Pasta Primavera, Linguine with Sautéed Vegetables and Tomato Cream Sauce.
