Bermuda Beach comprises approximately 190 homesites, making it a prominent beachside community on Galveston’s west end. Bermuda Beach Neighborhood Rules
1. No home owner may rent their home or permit their home to be used by more people than twice the number of bedrooms in the home.
2. No person may lease a home who is not a least 21 years of age. An adult 21 years of age or older must be present on the remises at all times.
3. No camper, trailer, tent, portable toilet, or other temporary structure of any kind
is permitted on the property at any time.
4. Use only such walkways, sidewalks, and dune bridges which are provided and marked for common usage. Do not walk across private property to get to the beach at any time.
5. Do not walk in or on the dunes, and do not allow children to play in or on the dunes at any time. Besides the fact that dangerous snakes are frequently found
in the dunes, the dunes are to be protected and nurtured.
6. Do not use glass containers on the beach or allow glass containers or vessels of any kind on the beach.
7. No open fires on the beach or any raised balconies or decks. No fireworks.
8. No parking on the street or any vacant property without the owner’s expressed permission.
9. Al garbage must be place in plastic bags, securely tied and deposited in garbage receptacles provided. Do not put loose trash of any kind in the receptacles.
10. No loud oroffensive parties or other activities which tend to deprive neighbors of the peaceful use and possession of their property.
11. No business, trade, or profession of any kind shall ever be conducted or carried on in or on any home in Bermuda Beach. No home or property may be rented or leased or used at any time for any such business purpose.
12. No more than two dogs and two cats are permitted on any property in Bermuda Beach, and no other animals, livestock, or poultry may be kept on any property.
