Safety Information
For the safety of all Guests, if you are traveling with personal mobility equipment—such as strollers, wheelchairs and electric conveyance vehicles—it must be stored inside your stateroom or in the designated parking area on Deck 6 (Disney Magic and Disney Wonder) or Deck 2 (Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy) when not in use.

Cancellations and Refunds
Bookings can be held for up to 3 days with no deposit required. After that as little as a 20% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. You can make payments whenever you like in any amount you like until the final balance is due. Refunds are offered up to 120 days before your sail date for most stateroom categories.

Guests can purchase Internet for 24 hour periods, or per voyage. Guests receive a 20% discount on voyage pricing vs 24-hour pricing, and adding additional devices to an Internet package will receive a 20% discount. If Guests purchase a voyage plan mid-voyage, they will only be charged for the remaining days.
The system does not support Skype, VOIP, Remote Access and other high bandwidth programs. Connection speed onboard is not as fast as what you have at home. Intermittent connectivity may be experienced from time to time depending on the ship’s location or weather conditions.
Disney Magic Parking Information
Departure for Disney Cruise Line’s Disney Magic will be via Cruise Terminal 28. Parking can be found at one of several outdoor parking garages, covered parking lots, indoor parking garages, or the is also free cruise parking at one of the many cruise friendly hotels on the island. Simply arrive the day before departure and stay as a guest at their hotel and you can safely park your car with them until you return from your cruise.
